Chris MYERS

Chris MYERS has been a federal prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in North Dakota for over 18 years. He served for 4 years as U.S. Attorney (Acting, Interim and then Court Appointed) and has also served as First Assistant U.S. Attorney (FAUSA). Before being named FAUSA, Chris was the lead OCDETF (Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force) prosecutor for over ten years. He has led numerous complex investigations which have resulted in the successful prosecution of many dangerous criminal enterprises. Chris has also handled a number of high profile murder cases in the region both in state and federal court. Prior to becoming an Assistant U.S. Attorney in 2002, Chris served as the Chief Assistant Clay County Attorney from 1998-2002. He also served as an Assistant Cass County States Attorney and as a Special Agent with the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
