AIM

The aim of this training is to improve the capacity of the law enforcement specialists to identify, categorize, and analyse malware attacks.

OBJECTIVES

The participants will gain knowledge about:

• Types of threat and the new ransomware families;
• Functionalities of a malware;
• Types of analytical methods.

TARGET GROUP

• Law enforcement;
• Judicial staff;
• Students from Police Academy.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the end of the training the participant will be able to:

• Identify properly a malware sample;
• Use special analytical tools;
• Identify special platforms to performs static and dynamic analysis on a malware sample.
